Tube Manipulation
With multi–stack CNC mandrel bending units capable of handling 19mm to 90mm OD tube, we produce highly accurate, repeatable bends that allow roll cages to follow vehicle lines with exceptional precision. We manufacture tubular components from CAD models, sample parts or customer‑supplied templates, offering flexible production for both bespoke builds and repeatable mass‑fabricated parts.
Engineering Expertise
We have undertaken unique and confidential projects, including amphibious conversions, tracked vehicles, tubular spaceframes, integrated roof‑rack structures and hinged spare wheel mounts. This highlights our ability to engineer solutions far beyond standard roll cage production.
Advanced Manufacturing

Roll Cages
Our roll cages are manufactured from high‑quality CDS or ultra strong, lightweight T45 tubing, and designed to maximise driver protection in high‑speed impacts and rollovers. With experience across a wide range of off-road vehicles, we deliver protection tailored to the demands of every terrain.
Spaceframes
We design and manufacture high‑strength spaceframes for both existing vehicle platforms and entirely custom projects. Built with precision and engineered for rigidity, our spaceframes provide a robust foundation for competition vehicles requiring maximum strength‑to‑weight performance.
